Patrick Lee


Patrick is a visionary leader with decades of experience driving growth in the luxury fashion sector. As China President of Christian Dior (under LVMH Group), he oversaw the growth of the brand's haute couture, jewelry, perfume, and cosmetics divisions.His strategic foresight and dedication solidified Dior's status as the most coveted luxury brand in China. In 2011, Patrick transitioned to Michael Kors as President and CEO of Greater China.

His leadership quickly positioned the brand as a major player in the aspirational market, leading to his promotion to Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific for Capri Group, overseeing the growth of Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors across Asia Pacific.

Patrick earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and Business Management degree from INSEAD. His influence in the industry was highlighted by Forbes, naming him one of the 25 most influential Chinese in global fashion in 2012.

Connie Lee

Chief Marketing Officer

Connie brings a wealth of experience from previous roles at LVMH, Net-a-Porter, and within startup industries. With a strong background in brand building, digital, and retail development, she has built her career across the US, China, and the APAC region, driving innovation and growth. With a deep understanding of global markets and international brand development, Connie brings a unique perspective to her role.

Connie holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and French from Cornell University.

David Geng

Chief Financial Officer

Chief Operation Officer

David has a solid foundation in Finance, Tax, and Auditing, beginning his career at auditing firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and further developing his expertise with consumer brands like Godiva and C&A. He most recently served as VP of Finance at Michael Kors, where he oversaw the entire finance department and was responsible for business operations, finance, and corporate affairs.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Tongji University.

Raised in China and educated in the US, Kathie combines a passion for creativity and business acumen in her role at Chelsey House, where she oversees all Buying and Visual Merchandising. With her unique global perspective and a keen eye for discovering emerging brands, Kathie also spearheads international brand development, crafting innovative go-to-market strategies for brands entering the region. Prior to joining Chelsey House, she led the buying for lifestyle and accessory categories at Michael Kors, driving success in both the US and China.

Kathie holds a degree in Fashion Design and Business from Parsons School of Design in New York.

Jim Wang is a seasoned retail professional with extensive expertise and a wide network in the Greater China market. With a proven track record spanning 15 years in Business Development, Retail, and People Operations, Jim specializes in strategically guiding brands to establish successful retail businesses, build strong teams, and implement efficient retail processes which are instrumental in driving brands towards their business objectives. Prior to joining Chelsey House, Jim made significant contributions to the growth of Michael Kors China and Staples.

Jim holds a bachelor's degree in materials science from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
